Without This You're Doomed to Fail

​How many of you struggle with "making time"?

It's one of the things I hear most often from coaching clients (and potential ones).

"I'm super busy. I don't have time to eat right or exercise."
I get it. I'm busy too.

Here's the thing, when you're busy, you need to have a plan to get the key stuff done.

Getting lean and healthy absolutely will not happen by accident.

And you well know that no one is going to magically just give you more time during the day.

So you have to CREATE that time. 

Create a line in the sand and say "this is mine".

Put your stamp on it, own it and defend it like crazy.

By making time, by creating appointments with yourself, you start to take control back. 

Control of your time, control of your life.

Look, getting healthier is a slow process, regardless of what infomercials may tell you.

You actually have to WORK.

You have to be patient.

You have to be persistent.

You have to be consistent.

If you want to change your body, consistency trumps everything else.

So stop what you're doing and figure out how to make time...consistently.

Then put it in your calendar and treat it as if you've paid $1,000 an hour for that appointment.

What can you do less of?

Can you watch less TV?

Can you play less video games?

Can you spend less time on your phone?

Can you get up a bit earlier?

Only YOU can answer that.
